Same issue with [nand] messages stuck in boot screen on my iphone 4s after dropping in water. solved this! 1. quickly shut down. 2. use ifixit.com manual to open up and disassemble.. Just turn it on when phone goes nand thing let it die then use a different wire to charge it after a while you may get black screen just reset device worked on iphone. When replacing lcd screen is only lighting up, nothing on the display and waiting for iphone message on itunes, no solution for me just by replacing lcd, probably that ic has to be removed .. i will try that and post result..
